Book and Supply Returns:
Students who cancel an enrollment agreement within the cancellation period and who have purchased books and/or supplies from the FIDM Bookstore may return those items for a full refund. No refunds will be made for any materials not originally purchased from FIDM, or for materials that are not returned. Students who drop a class, withdraw from FIDM, and who have purchased books and/or supplies from the FIDM Bookstore, may return these items to the FIDM Bookstore no later than the last day of week three of the quarter (1 week after the end of the drop date). The returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and accompanied by a receipt. FIDM will not accept returns of items purchased elsewhere.
Please contact us immediately upon receipt if items are missing or damaged 213-624-1200 EXT 4123. Damages and missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please take a picture of contents and packaging, in case it has been tampered with and email us at [email protected]
All other returns:
All returns must be accompanied by original receipt and in NEW un-used condition. Returns will be accepted within 2 weeks of the purchase date on the receipt.
