HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

You will receive an order number via email.

WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED AN EMAIL REGARDING MY ORDER?

You might have a spam blocker filtering email from us. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder to see if you received an email from FIDM.

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?

Contact us right away at 213-624-1200 EXT 4123 and take pictures of the damages and the packaging in case it has been tampered with.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders will take 1 - 2 days to process, regardless of the shipping method used. Please keep in mind when selecting shipping options. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
FIDM may need to contact you regarding your order, so please continue checking your email in case we have to contact you.
For pick up on campus, you will receive an email with a date to pick up once your order is processed.
